South Kazakhstan Medical Academy JSC, together with the Department of General Education and students of the medical college, actively participated in the competition held within the framework of the “Reading Nation” project under the “Reading College” direction. This meaningful event was conducted at a high level in the reading hall of the academy’s Library and Information Center.
The main goal of the competition was to increase young people’s interest in reading, enrich their spiritual world, and broaden their horizons. Special attention was given to fostering a love for fiction and developing the creative abilities of students.
During the event, participants shared their impressions of the books they had read, analyzed literary works, and explored the world of characters in greater depth. Each student demonstrated their knowledge, richness of speech, and presentation skills, thereby adding depth and substance to the competition.
The cozy atmosphere of the library, filled with a spirit of knowledge and culture, left a positive impression on the participants. Such events not only increase young people’s interest in reading but also contribute to their overall personal development.
